Access the Projects › Documents page by selecting the Documents tab in the upper left corner of the Project Workspace navigation. This page aggregates all documents uploaded to the project. You can upload documents directly here—or through other Workspace features (for example, Financial Model)—and manage them in one centralized location.
Documents uploaded to the project serve as a private knowledge base with AI functionality can use as source material for generated content, such as in the Chatbot Assistant.
Using the Upload Document
button in the upper right of the documents list, you may select files from your computer to add to the project knowledge base. Once added the document content is accessible as a data source for other Workspace features.
Upload accepts the following files types as valid:
pdf, xlsx, txt
From the pop-up window, you can upload up to 5 documents at a time by clicking or dragging files on the drop zone area. Documents larger than 10 MB are not supported.
Before uploading, you can manage the upload batch by removing selected items using the X
icon or by selecting Add More Files
to add up to 5 documents in the batch.
Once you are satisfied with this batch, select Upload
. Documents are processed and added to the Project Documents list.
Select the …
menu from the right of each document row to see a selection menu.
To upload a different version of the selected document, select Replace
.
